Meet Patrick.

Patrick is a lifelong Quincy resident, a city where he was raised along with six siblings and where he not only continues to live but also where he chose to open and run his law office.  He is a proud alum of both Suffolk University and Archbishop Williams High School, a school he is proud to continue to maintain strong ties to the community through visits and talks with students who have expressed an interest in pursuing a career in law.  Patrick throughout college and following graduation worked for his family’s long running business J.J. Foley’s Café until deciding to enter law school at the Massachusetts School of Law. 

Patrick’s core values of hard work, dedication and service to others is evident in his numerous volunteer and charitable work. An avid runner, Patrick has run the Boston Marathon fourteen times, for the sole purpose of being able to give back to charities he holds close to his heart. Organizations such as Care Packs for Troops, Massachusetts Fallen Heroes, The Fisher House, The Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, The Boston Children’s Hospital and The City of Quincy Special Needs Baseball League has received close to a quarter of a million dollars through Patrick’s fundraising efforts.

Patrick brings these values along with his wide-spread knowledge of all facets of the law and his extensive experiences to his practice and to each and every client he represents.  He prides himself on using his many ties to work comprehensively in condominium permitting and developing in both the City of Boston and Quincy.  On a smaller more personal level he has works tirelessly with both home buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process until the last papers are signed at closing and prides himself on helping so many people throughout an often overwhelming process.  Patrick through his many and continuous years working with his family at J.J. Foley’s Café is able to use this first hand, personal knowledge, helping bar and restaurant owners deal with industry specific issues.  Additionally he can navigate the criminal court process bringing courtroom experience to his practice as well.

Patrick prides himself not only for the knowledge and experience his law office provides, but also the focus and dedication he has to for each and every client.  Every client is important and each client experiences this when they work with Patrick J. Foley
